Automation and Efficiency: Industrial robots are designed to perform repetitive tasks with high precision and speed, significantly increasing productivity and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
      Types of Industrial Robots:
Articulated Robots: These have rotary joints and are commonly used in manufacturing for tasks such as welding, painting, and assembly.
SCARA Robots: Selective Compliance Articulated Robot Arm robots are used for pick-and-place tasks, assembly operations, and handling machine tools.
Delta Robots: Known for their high-speed pick-and-place operations, often used in packaging and assembly lines.
Cartesian Robots: Also known as gantry robots, they are used for tasks requiring linear movement, such as CNC machines and 3D printing.
These are some of the applications;Welding: Automated welding robots ensure precision and consistency in welding operations.
Material Handling: Robots are used for tasks like picking, packing, and palletizing.
Assembly: Robots assemble components with high accuracy, reducing human error.
Inspection and Quality Control: Robots equipped with sensors and cameras inspect products for defects, ensuring quality.
